believes that the problem
warrants a Remote Support
service call we will instruct
you to connect to our support
servers so we may begin the
diagnosis process. Connection to
our servers takes approximately
30 seconds.
You
will download a small
file and open it. This
file will automatically
connect you to our
support servers, you
watch the progress on
your monitor while on
the phone with the
technician to ask/answer
questions.
Once the problem is
either identified or
fixed the technician
will disconnect from
your computer which will
automatically uninstall
the Remote Support
Software.
